Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released a fresh notification for JPSC Lecturer Online From 2026 under Advertisement No. 04/2026. There are total 349 Posts, announced for the post of Lecturer. The online application process will started from 20 February 2026 and apply until 12 March 2026. Eligible Candidates are required to pay the prescribed application fee. Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste candidates of Jharkhand State is : 150/-
Disabled candidates (minimum 40% relevant disability) are exempted from examination fee.

Eligibility Criteria
For Engineering/Technology: B.E/ B.Tech/B.S. in relevant discipline with First class or equivalent.
For Science and Humanities: Master’s Degree in appropriate subject with First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
For Engineering/Technology: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with First class in either of the two at the time of selection.
For Science and Humanities: A Master’s Degree with First Class or equivalent in a relevant subject and, must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

The retirement age for the post of Lecturer in Government Polytechnic/Government Women Polytechnic Institutes is 65 years.
According to the Jharkhand Technical Education Service Rules, 2024, there is no minimum age limit for candidates to apply. The maximum age limit for applying is 65 years or less.
